Founder & Executive Director

Rosamaria Cristello is the Founder and Executive Director of the Latino Community Center (LCC) in Pittsburgh, PA. The Latino Community Center works to ensure Latinx children, youth, and families have equitable access to resources and opportunities to build healthy, strong, and happy families. Rosamaria leads the vision and creation of the Latino Community Center by building a strong team and governance structure for the organization so that the Latinx community in Pittsburgh can have a trusted organization that will grow with them, empower them, and be responsive to the ever-changing needs of the community. Rosamaria is passionate about serving and empowering Latinx families and helping others gain the tools and knowledge to do so as well. In 2023, President Obama selected Rosamaria as one of 100 Obama Leaders across the United States for his inaugural Obama Leaders USA program.
