Health Navigator

My name is Diana Navarro, I’m from Colombia, and I graduated as a medical doctor and surgeon from the Universidad Industrial De Santander, now residing in the United states for two years. With experience in the Intensive Care Unit (UCI) and hospitalization, I have treated people during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing my resilience and compassion. Throughout my academic journey I have been actively involved in Community service reflecting my commitment to public health. As a health navigator at the Latino Community Center, my goal is to address health care disparities in the latino community. I aspire to provide comprehensive guidance, empowering individuals to navigate the healthcare system, and contribute to a healthier society. I find joy in cooking and exploring diverse cuisines, additionally I love traveling with my family to the world, embracing different cultures and broadening my perspective.
