Daisy Pincus

Lead Short-Team Caseworker

Daisy Pincus is originally from Peru. In her hometown of Lima, Daisy was an English teacher, helping develop young minds of all ages in elementary school. When she moved to the United States, she trained as a Dental Assistant where her passion for helping others continued. The dental practices where she was employed offered volunteer hours to assist the community with free dental care days for people in need. Her bilingual language skills allowed the office to reach a broader demographic of people who did not have English as their first language. Upon moving to the Pittsburgh area, Daisy sought a place where she could continue her passion for assisting her community. She was fortunate enough to begin working with the Latino Community Center as a COVID19 Vaccine Awareness Champion-Data in 2021. Daisy now works as an Intake Specialist, where she helps our community by assisting them finding resources and guidance.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, painting, crafting, and spending time with her family.
